Magnolia Processing ("Magnolia," "we," "us," or "our") is a third-party contract mortgage loan processing company that provides processing support to licensed mortgage loan originators, brokers, and lenders in Florida and Texas. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information in connection with our website at magnoliaprocessing.com (the "Site").
This policy applies to the Site only. It does not govern the practices of the loan officers, brokers, or lenders we support, or of any third-party service you reach through a link on our Site.

Scheduling information. When you book a call, you are directed to a Microsoft Bookings scheduling page. Information you enter there (such as your name, email, and selected time) is collected and processed by Microsoft on our behalf, subject to Microsoft’s privacy practices.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site and its hosting and analytics providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and dates and times of access. This may be collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not request sensitive personal or financial data through the Site. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying "STOP" to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at the address below. We may still send you non-marketing messages related to an active request.
Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; some Site features may not function properly if you do. Our Site is hosted on Webflow and may use analytics tools; those providers process technical data as described in their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
Our Site links to and embeds third-party services, including Microsoft Bookings for scheduling. When you interact with those services, their own privacy policies apply. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Webflow (our host) and Microsoft (our scheduling provider).
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our business records, and to comply with our legal obligations, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can include the right to: confirm whether we process your information and access it; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of the "sale" of personal data or targeted advertising. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of other states may have similar rights. You also have the right to appeal a decision we make about your request.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13. We will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Our Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated policy on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
